You are being called to embody your true self, for your unique soul essence is a gift to this world. 

Do not look outside yourself for validation. You are perfect just the way you are. Here is your sign. If you’ve been wanting to express yourself creatively, do it. Do not be afraid of what other people think. To be successful you must first approve of yourself, not wait for others to give you permission. Accept yourself and the world will mirror acceptance back to you. Love yourself and the world will respond with love, tenfold. 

How to connect to your true self? How can you have the courage to create, share, express, and BE your true self without fear?

Or, if you are out of touch with who you are, how can you find yourself?

Meditate. Feel the part of you that is infinite, your divine soul and spirit. Your spirit is the spark of life that is connected to all that is. Your soul is what makes you, YOU, aside from all labels and boxes this human life has forced you to adhere to. Your soul is inextinguishable.

Do not be afraid to express yourself. Life is short. If you knew you had 6 months to live, how would you want to live your life? If you knew the world would listen, what message would you want to impart? 

If you don’t know who you are or what you want to do with your life, you can ask—your spirit team is there to help. Ask them to start nudging you in the right direction. To download into your aura that which you need to know. To illuminate your strengths and to advise on what to release. Request clues in your dreams on the next steps to take.

No better time than now to come out of whatever closet you are in.

I came out as bisexual many years ago and it took me a little longer to come out of the broom/spiritual closet. I went in and out for several years, petrified of rejection and alienation. But, in the words of Kurt Cobain, “I would rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not”. Hiding in the closet made me sick: mentally, physically, and spiritually. The most healing thing I ever did was to start being true to myself and to care more about my happiness than the opinions of others. It’s something I am still working on everyday. 

I’m reminded of Cyndi Lauper’s song, True Colors: “I see your true colors shining through, and that’s why I love you, so don’t be afraid, to let them show, your true colors are beautiful like a rainbow 🌈✨

When you let your true colors shine, you will attract your soul family. How can people love you for who you are if they don’t know who that is? The world needs your gifts. There are people out there waiting to meet someone just like you. To heal from your words, to be moved by your art, or just to bask in your energy.
