Free Suicide Prevention Training
For therapists or anyone! You do not need to have had mental health training. I recommend ALL coaches and spiritual practitioners (mediums, psychics, healers etc) to watch the videos. They have a variety of ways to access the info and even share the training videos on their youtube channel.

Therapists
If you have insurance, you can call your insurance provider and ask for a list of therapists who take your insurance. You may also be able to find this on the website of your insurance provider or by logging into your user portal and doing a search.
You can also look on Psychology Today’s website for a licensed psychotherapist near you. There is a filter for insurance.

If you do not have insurance there are many counseling centers that offer their services low cost and sliding scale. Look for centers with master’s level interns and post graduate therapists working towards licensure.
