What to Expect in a Session

As an evidential medium, I offer lots of validation so that you know which loved one of yours I am communicating with. I serve as a translator of spirit, meaning— messages do not come from me, I am simply deciphering the information I perceive and passing it along. I strive to communicate messages in the most accurate and healing way. Messages are delivered from your spiritual team, made up of your spirit guides, passed loved ones on the other side, ancestors, and angels.

Spirit communicates through symbols that must be decoded, pieced together, and translated into an accurate message. I will always ask you for validation. I want to know what I am saying resonates or not, so I ask you to respond with, “yes, no, or I don’t know”. This helps me to know if I am on the right track, and the no’s are just as important as the yes’s.

Information from spirit is communicated to me through different extrasensory abilities called clairs. My job is to piece together the symbols and translate them into the intended message.

• Clairaudience - clear hearing 

  I hear names, songs, and messages associated with your loved ones

• Clairsentience - clear feeling

  I feel your loved one’s “energy signature” which includes their personality, their demeanor, the way it felt to be around them. I also often feel physical sensations in my body related to illness or reason for passing.

• Clairvoyance - clear seeing

  I see physical characteristics of your departed loved ones and other symbols in my mind’s eye

• Claircognizance - clear knowing

  This occurs when I “just know something” or get a download—a large block of information all at once. It happens in just a second but takes a substantial amount of time to narrate the information

• Clairalience - clear smelling

  I smell scents associated with your loved one, such as perfume, food, or cigarette smoke

• Clairgustance - clear tasting

  Intuiting information through taste about your loved one such as favorite food

How to Prepare for Your Session

• Please come to your session with an open heart and mind

• I prefer not to know any information about you before your session, so please do not provide any details other than your first name when scheduling your session

• For phone readings, I ask that you please submit a photo of yourself so that I can connect to your energy

• For phone readings, please have a quiet place where you will not be interrupted and you can stay stationary for our time together

• You may record the session if you like, or I recommend having a pen and paper for taking notes

• There will be time for questions

  Spirits, like us, have free will and mediums do not have control over who shows up at a session.

• Please surrender results, expectations, and trust that whoever does show up is there for your highest good, to impart the messages and guidance that you are ready for at this time

  It helps if you set the intention before your session to connect to your loved ones and invite them to meet with you.

• Although I cannot control what spirits attend the session, usually who you want to connect with does come through

• If you like, you may make a list of the people (for your own reference) you have known who have passed on to bring them to the forefront of your mind. Believe it. or not, I often have spirits come through that were not super close, or passed a long time ago, and it takes my client a while to pinpoint/remember who they are!

  There are several reasons why a spirit may not attend a session:

• Sometimes a spirit is not available, able, or not ready to communicate at the time of the session, but it does not mean that they will not communicate with you in the future

• Grief, resistance, or disbelief in the process may act as blocks

  In the unlikely event that I cannot connect in with your loved ones, I will offer the option to either reschedule or a to receive a full refund
